How do I ask for a wholesale quote?

Use the form on this page, or email theteam@customersupport.care. Tell us the products, the quantity of each, the delivery address and the date you need them by. A real person reads every request and replies with pricing and lead times.

Can I order online instead of asking for a quote?

Yes. Any quantity can be ordered through the cart at the listed price. Ask for a quote first when you are buying in bulk, because the price on a quote is set against the quantity.

Is there a minimum order for wholesale pricing?

No minimum is published. Ask with the quantity you have in mind and the quote tells you what pricing applies at that number.

Do you give discounts on bulk orders?

The unit price on a quote moves with the quantity, so the number you need is the first thing to tell us. We put the most competitive quote together that we can.

What is the difference between buying wholesale and buying from the shop?

The products are the same. A shop order is paid at the listed price through the cart. A wholesale order is quoted first, priced against the quantity, with delivery priced for the whole order.

Which products can I buy in bulk?

Everything in the range: corten steel planters, garden edging, fire pits and grills, privacy panels, firewood holders and garden art. Each product page shows the sizes we sell.

Can I mix different products on one quote?

Yes. Any product in the range, in any size we list, can go on the same quote.

Can you make products to a custom size or design?

No. We sell the sizes shown on each product page and do not cut, fabricate or make to order. If a job needs a size that is not listed, ask and we will tell you plainly whether anything in the range fits.

Do you install the products?

No. We supply the products and you or your contractor install them. Each product page carries the dimensions and details, and our team can answer questions before you order.

Can you help me choose products for a project?

Yes. Tell us about the job, the space and the quantities, and we will suggest which lines and sizes from our range suit it.

Can I visit your warehouse or collect an order?

No. This is an online only shop: everything is delivered and nothing is collected.

Where do you ship to?

Addresses in Canada only. We do not ship outside Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

On a normal order, standard shipping is free over $100 and $25 below that. On a wholesale quote, shipping is priced for the whole order, not added per line.

What are the lead times?

A normal order is dispatched within 2 working days, then delivered within 7 working days by tracked courier. A bulk order can take longer, and the quote says how long. If you need it by a date, say so when you ask.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel ships, within 2 working days of your order. Enter it on the Track Your Parcel page on this site to follow the delivery.

How can I pay for a wholesale order?

Credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe, and PayPal. Nothing else is taken at this checkout.

What is the return policy on a wholesale order?

A wholesale order is covered by the same Refunds and Returns policy as every order on this site. That page sets out the return window and how to send something back. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we put it right at no cost.
